These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Golven ("the app"), a routine and organization tool for iPhone. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Golven is and isn't

Golven is a lifestyle and organization tool that helps you set up routines, get reminders, and run them step by step. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional care. If you have questions about a medical condition, talk to a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Golven. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your routines and related data live on your device and in your private iCloud account. We don't operate servers that store your routine data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no reverse engineering except where permitted by law, no interfering with the app's operation, and no use that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Golven, its design, and its content (excluding your own data) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your own devices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll note the new "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
